Once you have viewed the photos of our apartments (see: • Short-term apartment rental), further information regarding the location, description, details necessary for the required apartment and the booking conditions may be obtained from Copacabana Holiday via e-mail (by filling out the form above). Potential clients should further consult us to know if the chosen apartment or another suggested by our company is still available for the period previously chosen. After Copacabana Holiday has confirmed availability of the apartment for the period requested, we recommend that clients should make a down payment as soon as possible, duly advising Copacabana Holiday the manner and form in which the full payment will be made.
Subsequently, once a down payment has been received, Copacabana Holiday will send a receipt for the down payment, further confirming the reservation for the apartment requested and for the respective period.
* We provide prices on demand for your specific choice upon submission of the duly completed form above. In this way we ensure personalized service in line with all special requirements to all who submit the form.
Once you have selected the desired apartment and we have established that it is available, we will provide all the necessary instructions for making the booking. Furthermore, in line with our standard procedure, the client shall make the necessary down payment to guarantee booking. Once payment has been received, Copacabana Holiday will send confirmation of the booking.
